Mandy Tingay

Mandy is an Australian artist celebrated for her bold, geometric abstractions that echo the pioneering spirit of Kazimir Malevich and Wassily Kandinsky. Working from her home studio on the Bellarine Peninsula, Mandy draws on her background in Visual Arts and Textile Design to create vibrant compositions that fuse structure with spontaneity.

Her work is defined by crisp lines, striking colour blocks, and richly textured surfaces — each piece radiating rhythmic energy and architectural precision that captivates the eye.

When Mandy isn’t in her studio surrounded by paint and canvases, she’s usually being outnumbered by her four Shih Tzus, sneaking in some knitting or sewing time, or reading the latest high fantasy novel.
